She obtained her undergraduate degree in Home Economics/Child & Family Studies from Philander Smith University before pursuing her passion for addiction studies counseling at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, where she earned her Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH). Dedicated to holistic care, Dr. Randolph furthered her education at the Spiritual Revelation Kingdom of God Theological Institute, where she obtained a PhD in Christian Counseling and a Doctorate in Theology (ThD). As a Board Certified Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor and Board-Certified Bariatric Counselor, Dr. Randolph focuses on health and wellness preventative measures for addiction and behavior health patients.

In 2003, Dr. Randolph was initially trained as a Facilitator for “Train the Trainer” programs while employed with the Arkansas Department of Community Corrections. During this time an opportunity to be trained as a trainer in Kansas City, Kansas by an initiative funded by the Federal Bureau of Corrections was given therefore, the facilitation journey began. The purpose of this training was to empower employees of state government parole and probation agencies to train others in educational programs to help paroles/probationers engage in community activities after release. This skilled training aids in the development of curriculum which led to years of facilitation opportunities as an educator and a love to train others. Since 2003, the Lead Trainer’s teaching skills were developed via K-12 classroom instruction in Arkansas/Texas, collegiate/university classroom instruction as an Adjunct Professor (Adjunct World certification) in Arkansas/Texas as well as within substance abuse inpatient/outpatient programs and Texas state instructional programs therefore you will find a great deal of collaboration added to this curriculum.

Dr. Randolph is passionate about equipping community leaders with the skills and resources needed to address the opioid crisis. Her commitment to education and advocacy ensures that every trainer is empowered to make a meaningful difference in their communities. Dr. Randolph is parent to a bougie poodle named Brodie and they enjoy long drives, classical music, and Mexican food.
